How it works

Five minutes. No homework. A straight answer.

Answer some basic questions about your family and your finances. No bank statements, no credit card, and we never ask for a Social Security number. Estimates are fine. Our system checks for red flags and shows you your path.

  1. Take the free assessment

Nothing to look up, nothing to download, nothing to pay.

On your phone or your laptop

  2. See what the assessment finds

One of two things will happen. If we find red flags, you’re invited to a complimentary consultation with a Certified College Funding Specialist. If we don’t, we’ll tell you you’re already on the right track.

    A straight answer either way

  3. Know your next move

Depending on what the assessment finds, we’ll tell you exactly what to do next: use the Toolkit and handle it yourself, or work one‑on‑one with a Certified College Funding Specialist.

    Your assessment decides the path

What the assessment looks for

Red flags. Four situations that quietly raise your bill.

Most families who overpay for college don’t do it because they earn too much. They do it because of how their money is arranged. Our assessment reveals those issues before you file a single form, while you can still change things.

The Responsible Saver

You saved diligently, but dollars in your child’s name (a custodial UGMA or UTMA) or an overstuffed 529 get counted against you far harder than the same dollars held in yours.

The Business Owner

The profits you leave in the company to keep it healthy can be read as cash you could hand straight to the college.

The Real Estate Investor

That rental, or the cabin at the lake, can be treated as money you could borrow against or sell to cover tuition.

The High Earner

Writing tuition checks from your salary means paying with the most expensive dollars you have: your cash flow, after taxes.

None of this means you did anything wrong. It means there’s almost certainly a smarter way to do it, and the assessment is how you find yours.
